Foam cutting machines
are used for the precise cutting of foam for various uses. The major types of
foam cutting machines are used in factories to get required size of sheets or
blocks of foam. The foam cutting machines are coming in two versions, manual
and automatic version. The semi automatic version also comes. Some major foam
cutting machines are as follows –
The circular foam
cutting machines are used to get the reliable and accurate cutting machine for foams.
The machines cuts foams in measurements ranging from 100 to 200mm to 1.5mm sheets.
The machines in automatic version is easy to use and user friendly. The semi
automatic machines are also equally user friendly.
The circular foam
cutting machine Circular Foam Cutting Machine Manufacturer in
India gets its name from the
circular table on which the foam is put during cutting process. An A C motor
drives this table at varying speed. The cutting section is powered by an
electric motor. This section is lowered by transmissions belts to the preset
thickness after every revolution. This process gives the stack of sheets at
desired cutting thickness.
The equipment which
come with the circular foam cutting machines are rotary table with smooth
aluminum table top , circumference friction drive , table speed controller and ,
cutting section with four blade wheels . In the automatic circular cutting
machines, the control panel is in touch screen, which is in color. The other
parts of the circular machines are electric blade motor which drives the blade,
single edge band knife, electric grinding apparatus, grinding dust exhaust,
tensioned Teflon coated guide for blade and slitting area vacuum cleaner.
The cutting thickness
can be adjusted by the user friendly touch screen in the fully automatic
cutting machines. The cutting thickness can be ranged from 200mm to 1.5 mm. The
number of revolutions a table makes also are pre set by the touch screen
functions. These can be from 1 to 999. For the safety of users, the machines
are also coming with blade breakage detectors and blade on warning lights. The
blade is made of stainless steel, which offers long life and robustness.
